Our client, a dynamic e-commerce business in the fashion industry, is expanding into several markets including Hong Kong, China, Singapore, and Vietnam. They're searching for a Content Strategist to plan and create content across multiple platforms including website, blogs, paid media, and social media platforms.
As a Content Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's brand, audience, and business objectives. The role is at the intersection of creativity and analytics, requiring you to both produce compelling content and measure its impact on the business goals.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with the project team to understand business requirements and develop communication strategies.
Create content for all channels, including website, newsletter, blog, organic social media, and paid social media, to tell each story effectively.
Monitor competitors' activities and market trends, update teams on significant events and trending topics, and integrate them into the editorial workflow to boost traffic and engagement.
Create content strategies for new customer acquisition and ROI optimization.
Collaborate with the analytics team to produce reports with key metrics (impressions, traffic, conversions, etc.) to evaluate content effectiveness.
Work with internal teams and external vendors on content-related tasks.
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy or a related role.
Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
Fluent in English and Mandarin in both writing and verbal skill
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools.
