The Contract Compliance Analyst at Tesla's Global Charging Operations team in Amsterdam is responsible for tracking, creating, and remitting government data compliance reports for the global charging network. This role involves project management of recurring reporting obligations, API development, and serving as a subject matter expert on reporting. The analyst will collaborate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Policy, Energy Optimization, IT, Tools & Analytics) and external stakeholders (government agencies). Responsibilities include compiling and remitting government data reporting requirements, collaborating with other teams on adapting reports to changing requirements, driving API integrations to reduce manual work, and serving as an internal subject matter expert. The role also focuses on driving efficiency and process improvements within internal systems.

Experience with large datasets and reporting
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

The Contract Compliance Analyst works on the Global Charging Operations team in Amsterdam. This role is responsible for tracking, creating and remitting government data compliance reports for our global Charging network. This role will specialize in project management of recurring reporting obligations, API development and serve as a subject matter expert on reporting, in addition to other key responsibilities, in a fast passed, high volume environment. The individual will work closely with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Policy, Energy Optimization, IT, Tools & Analytics) in addition to external stakeholders like government agencies.

What You’ll Do

Responsible for compilation and remittance of all Charging government data reporting requirements to ensure good standing.
Work closely with Compliance, Legal, Policy and IT teams on changes to requirements to adapt reports as needed.
Drive opportunities for API integrations to reduce requirements for manual remittance.
Serve as subject matter expert internally with supporting teams and leaders of programs requiring data reporting.
Drive efficiency and process improvements with internal systems and stakeholders, such as automation, intermediate and long-term creative solutions.
