As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Art Director to join our team and lead the creative charge.


Job Summary:

As an Art Director at Rock My Sales, you will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of the brands we work with and overseeing the entire creative process. You will lead the development of innovative visual concepts, working closely with copywriters, designers, and the strategy team to ensure high-quality and cohesive creative executions across all digital platforms. Your role will be pivotal in bringing creative ideas to life, ensuring they align with clients’ marketing goals and resonate with their target audience.


Key Responsibilities:


Creative Leadership: Lead the creative direction and development of marketing campaigns, ensuring the visuals are engaging, on-brand, and aligned with client objectives.

Campaign Development: Collaborate with the strategy and performance marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for social media, display ads, video content, websites, influencer marketing, and PR initiatives.

Design Oversight: Manage and guide a team of designers and creatives, providing feedback and ensuring all visuals, layouts, and graphics are of high quality and meet project deadlines.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, ensuring that all creative concepts reflect their brand identity and resonate with their audience.

Innovation: Stay updated on design trends, digital media, and technology to continually push the creative boundaries and improve the quality of creative outputs.

Presentation Skills: Confidently present creative ideas to internal teams and clients, providing a rationale for design choices and how they support broader marketing objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other departments, including marketing, performance, and PR teams, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.

Quality Control: Ensure all creative outputs meet quality standards and brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all channels.


Requirements:


• Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar senior creative role, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital campaigns, including social media, video, and graphic design projects.

• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), as well as proficiency with video editing software.

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a creative team.

• Strong conceptual and visual storytelling abilities.

• High attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-notch creative work.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and strategies to clients and internal teams.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with current digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.


Preferred Skills:


• Experience working on campaigns that include performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and PR strategies.

• Understanding of UX/UI principles and website design.
