Creative Group Head - Design, leading a team of 2-3 designers. Must have experience in visual design, team management, understanding client briefs, and creating compelling concepts.

About the job

Creative Group Head - Design / 5 years to 7 years / Mumbai

Who are you?

To approach your project briefs with an outgoing, energetic, and creative manner.

Research is the key, know your audience, your client and look.

Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts based on brief.

Be a team player, and work alongside with copywriters, designers and client servicing.

Be willing to learn and grow, learning new skills and understanding the new mediums for today's technology.

You have managed and led a team of designers

What will you do?

Working systematically and in an organized method on your projects helping meet with team expectations.

You have the ability to illustrate your idea in various looks and styles, and quickly translate your ideas visually for your team

You have the ability to work under pressure, and be constantly on the run, juggling multiple projects at once

You will manage a team of 2-3 designers and are proactive in taking initiatives
