We are looking for a CRM Coordinator to join our Customer Engagement team in Brisbane. In this role, you’ll play a key part in executing customer marketing programs across multiple digital channels, from campaign development to audience segmentation. With a passion for the customer journey and a drive to leverage data for deeper engagement, you'll use your sharp attention to detail and problem-solving mindset to translate data insights into impactful strategies.

You will gain valuable experience across various aspects of the marketing function, working closely with different business teams to refine our onboarding, retention, and reactivation strategies. You will learn to use the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to design and optimise large-scale, personalised customer journeys. Whether you're a recent graduate or looking to advance your CRM career, this is an exciting opportunity for those eager to expand their knowledge and grow their expertise.

We have offices expanding across multiple locations in New Zealand and Australia. This is a full time role based in our Brisbane office.

Your day-to-day...

• Work alongside the Customer Lifecycle and Generosity team to deliver highly targeted, personalised and automated marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and use data analytics to create an excellent customer experience and personalised direct marketing campaigns.
• Build and execute journeys, campaigns, and audience segments for customer marketing programs, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Create relevant content for Push, SMS, Email & Notification Centre communications
• Maintain and update outgoing communications to align with marketing compliance standards.
• Present key performance results and convey value in campaigns and programs to teams across the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement outgoing communications.

You're a match if you ideally have...

• A recent qualification in Digital or Marketing is highly desirable.
• Previous experience within Digital or Direct Marketing would be advantageous.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn and expand your expertise.
• Experience with Marketing Automation systems (i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is preferred.
• Understanding and experience with HTML, CSS, or SQL would be ideal.
• Highly collaborative with an affinity for building relationships across teams and key stakeholders.
• An interest in sport, racing, and wagering is a bonus but is not essential.
