CRM Marketing Specialist

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a CRM Marketing Specialist for a Fortune 500 financial services client.   Team culture is based on open communication, accountability, and collaboration.

You’ll join the Marketing team to analyze and suggest strategizes to execute email and push notifications for marketing campaigns. Any CRM experience is fine. This is an 8 – month contract. The team is located in California, and the role is fully remote.
 
CRM Marketing Specialist Responsibilities: 

• Drive CRM Success through Data-Driven Campaigns
• Optimize email and push notifications for maximum impact.
• Analyze key metrics like open, click-through, and unsubscribe rates.
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team to achieve CRM goals.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

• 2-3 years experience in email marketing.
• BS degree
• Analytical skills: Ability to break down complex problems into smaller parts.
• Decision-making: Skill in making informed choices.
• Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
