Job Description

MADFINGER Games is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join their team in Brno, Czech Republic. This on-site role involves providing support to the community for their new immersive tactical FPS game, Gray Zone Warfare. The specialist will be responsible for resolving player issues, answering questions, reporting bugs to QA and project managers, and maintaining a positive community environment by addressing toxic behavior and cheaters. This is an excellent opportunity to enter the gaming industry.
Must have:
  • Responding to players’ messages within the shortest possible time and looking for solutions to players’ issues.
  • Solving tickets.
  • Identifying bugs reported by players in their posts; ensuring that the bug reports and overall feedback from players are reported to QA and the respective project manager.
  • Reporting to QA, the project team, and key stakeholders.
  • Maintaining a positive culture of communication within the game community by banning reported cheaters and players using toxic communication.
Good to have:
  • Prior experience with customer support positions is welcome but not required.
  • Deep knowledge of Gray Zone Warfare is a big bonus.
  • An avid fan of online multiplayer games who is devoted to the world of gaming.

Job Details

Gray Zone Warfare has been under development in our bustling offices for more than three years. This new game is an immersive tactical FPS with a maximum focus on realism, immersive gameplay, and stunning graphics powered by Unreal Engine 5. At MADFINGER, we have always strived to create incredible, world-class gaming experience, as players of our previous titles will attest. Moving forward, we remain dedicated to this vision and are determined to continue setting new standards in the gaming industry.

We’re looking to add a new member to our customer care team to take great care of the community. This is your chance to join a team that helps players resolve their issues, answer questions, and report bugs. It is also an excellent opportunity to enter the gaming industry.

This is an on-site position in Brno, Czech Republic.

WHAT IS YOUR MISSION?

  • Responding to players’ messages within the shortest possible time and looking for solutions to players’ issues.

WHO WILL FIT IN WITH US?

  • Prior experience with customer support positions is welcome but not required.
  • Deep knowledge of Gray Zone Warfare is a big bonus.
  • An avid fan of online multiplayer games who is devoted to the world of gaming.
  • You have a very high standard of teamwork and communication skills.
  • English is your bread and butter - fluency in English is a must.
  • Analytical and data-driven.
  • Willing to move to Brno.
  • You are eligible to work in the EU (we don’t offer visa sponsorship).
