We are seeking a full-time Inbound Support & Reconciliation Specialist to work with our US-based Merchant Operations team. This role supports our eCommerce websites and warehouse channels. Responsibilities include creating digital packing slips in our warehouse management system, solving stocking PO tickets, sending email/making phone calls to vendors, and reviewing product condition (automotive products preferred). The position requires strong written/verbal communication, attention to detail, ability to learn processes, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively. Basic Excel skills and PC proficiency are necessary; prior inbound/outbound phone experience is preferred. The work is fully remote, utilizing cloud-based applications.
