Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Reporting Analyst to join our Photo/Video department. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and delivering accurate weekly and monthly reports, financial allocations, and project deliverables. This role requires proficiency in Excel and an ability to handle data-intensive tasks with precision.

Responsibilities

• Reporting: Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports for the Photo/Video department.
• Financial Oversight: Manage monthly allocation processes and generate financial reports to ensure budget alignment.
• Deliverable Verification: Validate and verify project deliverables and content to maintain high standards of quality.
• Data Support: Vet data in Excel spreadsheets and review online assets to support department initiatives.
• 3D Tuning Data: Assist in managing the 3D Tuning data process by organizing, reviewing, and maintaining data integrity.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on data management and reporting.
• Excel Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, data validation, conditional formatting, and chart creation.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Availability: Must be able to work Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Shift Timing: Monday – Friday 7:00AM-4:00PM EST

Payroll via: Upwork Contract

Payment Currency: USD

Salary Range: $7.00 – $7.20/ per hour

Payment Cycle: Weekly or Biweekly

Working Hours: 42 hours per week
