  • Develop and maintain executive and operational dashboards, ensuring the organization has real-time access to key business metrics and customer behavior insights.

  • Conduct in-depth customer analyses including segmentation, retention trends, cohort behavior, and lifetime value modeling to guide strategic planning.

  • Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to identify data needs and deliver insights that inform key business initiatives.

  • Integrate and analyze data from mobile attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) to evaluate user acquisition, marketing effectiveness, and channel performance.

  • Utilize behavioral analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) and Google Analytics (GA4) to assess user flows, funnel performance, and feature adoption.

  • Support the organization’s experimentation efforts by designing data collection strategies and conducting rigorous A/B test analyses.

  • Maintain high standards of data quality, governance, and documentation to ensure consistency and accessibility across the organization.

  • Advocate for and implement best practices in data literacy, reporting processes, and self-service tools across business functions.

EXPERIENCE

  • Industry experience in casino gaming, online sports betting, mobile gaming, or other high-growth consumer technology environments.

  • Background in A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) programs.
