HP’s world leading silicon microfluidics & packaging and fluid management capabilities have been developed and scaled over many decades for digital print applications from home to industrial markets. We are building on that to explore opportunities in advanced chip and server level liquid cooling solutions to data centers to enable the growth of AI with state-of-art GPU based compute and networking. We are seeking a technically knowledgeable industry expert in this area to provide technical, industry and strategic expertise and guidance for liquid cooling. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding and expertise in liquid cooling from chip to rack and data center levels, including knowledge of innovative solutions and a deep understanding of the industry ecosystem and value chain. This position will provide input to the strategic direction for liquid cooling solutions and business for the company.

Responsibilities:
Provide support and guidance to technical and business teams
Chip, server and rack level thermal needs roadmap for the data center industry
Liquid cooling technology & adoption trends
Industry ecosystem, trends, key players, decision makers and value chain
Stay up to date on latest developments in liquid cooling technology and industry.
Evaluate innovative solutions and market intelligence collection.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and business opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering with some academic business background or hands-on business development experience.
7-10 years of related job experience in HW/data center industry preferably including 1-3 years of management or leadership experience in product management
Extensive knowledge and experience in liquid cooling for data centers.
In-depth knowledge of the liquid cooling and data center industry, trends & value chain.
Time and priority management skills and a drive to see projects to completion.
The base pay range for this role is $118,050 to $181.800 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
