Job Description

As a Data Operations Specialist (Data Manager), you may be required to work on one or more topics depending on operational needs: product insertion, data maintenance, account opening and quality control. Your role will be to ensure data cleaning (categorization, matching, brands) and reporting of the work, giving visibility to the teams. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who enjoys challenges, is versatile, resourceful, and autonomous, and can make suggestions. They should not be afraid of numbers and have a good level of English. Experience in the food sector is a plus.
Must have:
  • Categorize and match new products.
  • Maintain and update data.
  • Participate in the process of creating sectoral categorization.
  • Ensure operational work respects internal quality rules.
  • Good level of English
Good to have:
  • Experience in the food sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).

En tant qu’agent opérationnel (Data Manager), tu pourras être amené(e) à travailler sur un ou plusieurs sujet(s) en fonction des besoins opérationnels : • Insertion des produits : principale mission quotidienne et passage obligatoire. Catégoriser et matcher les nouveaux produits. • Maintenance : mise à jour de la donnée. • Ouverture comptes : participer au processus de création de catégorisation sectorielle pour tout nouveau client. • Contrôle qualité : vérifier que le travail opérationnel respecte les règles de qualité interne. En résumé, ton rôle sera d’assurer : • le cleaning de la donnée (catégorisation, matching, marques). • le reporting du travail en donnant de la visibilité aux équipes Profil « solutionneur » tu aimes les challenges • Tu es polyvalent(e), débrouillard(e) et autonome • Tu sais être source de proposition • Les chiffres ne te font pas peur • Bon niveau d’anglais, toute autre langue sera un atout majeur • Maitrise du pack Office (Excel) • Une expérience antérieure, même courte, dans le secteur alimentaire serait un plus Ceci n'est pas un poste IT.
