Playtech‘s BIT unit is looking for a proactive Data Scientist with analytical and good communication skills to develop production data science applications in Python, end to end 

Your influential mission. You...  

• Design and develop new AI services from scratch. 
• Maintain and enhance the current production services. 
• Cooperate with R&D and DevOps teams. 
• Research, invent and adapt machine learning algorithms for dedicated business needs. 
• Perform predictive and statistical modelling. 
• Perform ad-hoc analyses as required. 

Components for success. You... 

• Have proven experience of 4 years as a Python developer (PyCharm, git, debugging).
• Have proven experience of 3 years in predictive modeling, preferably in data science production services.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of tabular or time series data analysis as a data developer, data scientist, or data analyst.
• Have an advanced understanding of machine learning algorithms, 
• capable of independently selecting and applying the most effective models. 
• Have strong skills in data manipulation and SQL. 
• Are a strong team player, with excellent communication skills, capable of working collaboratively in a remote environment. 
• Have a high level of English. 
• Have at least BS in Economics\Mathematics\Statistics

BIT UNIT
Playtech BI and Data team are responsible for collecting, organizing, presenting & utilizing data across all Playtech products and services. The team is growing, accounting for almost 20 developers, data scientists and product managers. 
BI in Playtech isn’t just used internally but also offered to licensee as a product alongside its casino, poker & other gaming portfolio. 
The data science team is comprised of 10 data scientists who operate like a regular development team. The team develops production systems such as: personalized recommendations, replacing business rules configuration with real-time models, churn detection and more. The models control every major aspect of the player user experience.
