Job Description

PwC seeks a Deals Manager with 3-5 years of experience in M&A, valuation, transaction structuring, and financial statement-related services. Must have strong analytical skills and knowledge of IFRS 3, IAS 36, and IAS 38.

Core M&A services include due diligence, valuation, transaction structuring and input on transaction documents
Financial statement-related services include impairment reviews (IAS 36), intangible valuations (IAS 38) and purchase price allocation (IFRS 3) related support.
