C3 AI is seeking a data-driven Director of Demand Generation to lead our pipeline creation strategy and execution. This role is responsible for building and optimizing programs that generate high-quality leads and accelerate enterprise sales cycles. You will work within the Marketing team and in close collaboration with the Sales, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Communications & Content, and Web Development teams.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of designing and executing integrated demand generation programs that drive measurable impact — particularly in enterprise B2B or SaaS environments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global demand generation campaigns that drive brand awareness and qualified pipeline for C3 AI across industries and solution areas
- Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across email, digital advertising, paid and organic social, SEM, web, and virtual events
- Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy including person-based and account-based advertising, retargeting, and display campaigns to generate and accelerate pipeline
- Track and analyze funnel performance across all channels; continuously optimize based on conversion and ROI
- Develop and manage agencies and budgets across paid media and digital channels
- Manage campaign calendar and collaborate with internal stakeholders on launch plans, creative assets, content, and tracking across 130+ Applications and the C3 Agentic AI Platform
- Partner with Sales and Business Development Representative (BDR) teams to align campaign strategy to pipeline goals, target accounts, and sales motions
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate attribution and reporting
- Partner with Alliances and Field Marketing to amplify reach through channel, partner, and regional programs
- Report campaign performance and insights to Marketing and company leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- 6–10 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing at an enterprise B2B software or SaaS company
- Proven ability to develop and scale integrated campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline
- Expertise across multiple channels, including digital media, email, SEM, paid social, ABM, and webinars
- Strong analytical mindset; able to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Bonus: experience in AI, data/analytics, or enterprise IT markets
