Job Description

Zscaler is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager- GL to join its GL team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing bookkeeping and finalizing financial statements for EMEA and APAC countries. Responsibilities include preparing journal entries like prepaid amortization, depreciation, accruals, and other necessary adjustments. You will finalize differences between US GAAP books and local GAAP, prepare flux and variances analysis year-over-year, and compare US GAAP vs Local GAAP.
Must have:
  • CA or ACCA
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in Statutory Reporting
  • Local GAAP/IFRS expert
Good to have:
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and standards
  • Outstanding knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

We're looking for an experienced Deputy Manager- GL to join our GL team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Review Book-keeping and Finalisation of Financial Statements for EMEAand APAC countries.
  • Prepare journal entries like prepaid amortization, depreciation, accruals, andother necessary adjustments.
  • Finalisation of differences between US GAAP books with that of local GAAP.
  • Prepare flux and variances analysis on Year-over-year basis and US GAAP vs LocalGAAP.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • CA or ACCA
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role in the Accounting department.
  • The candidate should have experience in Statutory Reporting and LocalGAAP/IFRS expert.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • Outstanding knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
