About the Team:

Are you passionate about bringing characters to life through dialogue in video games? Insomniac Games is seeking a Dialogue Intern who’s eager to dive into the world of game dialogue production. If you're excited about crafting, editing, and fine-tuning dialogue for games and want to learn the ins and outs of the process, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Edit and implement dialogue assets within our games.
Assist with voiceover (VO) recording sessions, including preparation and tracking.
Work on dialogue-related bug fixing and quality assurance (QA).
Gain hands-on experience by working within the game engine and dialogue databases.
Receive mentorship from senior members of our talented dialogue team.

What We're Looking For:

Currently enrolled in an accredited university, pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Audio Production, Recording, or Engineering (preferably in the game development field)
Projected to graduate by Spring 2026.
Strong passion for video games and an understanding of what makes them engaging.
Knowledge of signal flow, audio production, editing, and mastering is essential.
Familiarity with audio software like Pro Tools or Sound Forge is required.
Additional experience with field recording, microphone setups, dialogue editing, sound effect creation, and post-processing is a plus.
Experience with Wwise or other middleware solutions is strongly preferred.

Eligibility:

Able to work during one of the following periods: May 19th - August 8th or June 16th - September 5th.
Must be available for the entire 12-week internship period.
Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.
