Job Description

We’re seeking a Digital Experience Manager to lead digital marketing & digital experience initiatives for industries including construction, RV, cargo, and commercial environments. This role ensures every digital touchpoint delivers clarity, accuracy, and accessibility. You will own UFP Construction’s digital presence & MarTech stack, helping key audiences find and engage with tools and resources. You will collaborate with marketing, IT, sales, and operations, managing external partners. Your digital storytelling will connect components and services to real-world applications. You excel at guiding professionals toward solutions, acting as both a strategic leader and a hands-on digital creator, delivering measurable impact across all verticals.
Must have:
  • Lead digital marketing and experience for construction, RV, cargo, and commercial industries.
  • Manage UFP Construction’s digital presence and MarTech stack, including websites and social media.
  • Maintain company websites (WordPress, HubSpot) with accurate technical information.
  • Grow and manage social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Administer HubSpot for marketing automation, workflows, lead capture, and reporting.
  • Create targeted digital campaigns (email, social, SEO/SEM).
  • Provide HubSpot training and support to internal teams.
  • Participate in developing interactive customer tools.
  • Ensure digital resources are comprehensive and accessible.
  • Generate actionable analytics insights to improve digital experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Sales, and Operations.
  • Establish digital asset governance and ensure brand consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate web standards, privacy, and accessibility.
  • Stay informed on industry and digital trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 5+ years in digital marketing, website, social media, or customer experience (B2B preferred).
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot.
  • Advanced experience with CRM (HubSpot or similar) for campaigns and workflows.
  • Hands-on experience training teams on CRM/automation platforms.
  • Proven track record managing B2B social media and digital campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics (GA4), and marketing performance metrics.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Digital Experience Manager to lead digital marketing & digital experience initiatives for industries including construction, RV, cargo, and commercial environments (e.g. retail environments & furnishings, architectural millwork, and turnkey store rollouts). Targeting key audiences ranging from builders and OEMs to specialty fabricators and commercial clients, this role ensures every digital touchpoint delivers clarity, accuracy, and accessibility—in line with how each industry operates.

You will own UFP Construction’s digital presence & MarTech stack— from websites and social media profiles to marketing operations tools like HubSpot and Looker Studio—helping key audiences find and engage with the tools and resources they need. You’ll do this as part of a collaborative team, working closely with peers across marketing, IT, sales, and operations as well as managing external partners on key projects and deliverables. Your digital storytelling will connect our components and services to real-world applications, clearly reflecting the depth and scale of our construction and commercial business.

Key Responsibilities

Websites & Social Media Management

  • Maintain company websites (built on WordPress and HubSpot), ensuring technical information, installation guides, case studies, and product resources are accessible for our key audiences.
  • Grow and manage social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), publishing tailored content, monitoring engagement, and unifying messaging across sectors.
  • Capture and craft real-world customer success stories, demonstrated environment solutions, and components used in architectural, commercial, and industrial projects.
  • Measure and optimize performance using web and social media analytics as well as CRM and sales data.

Digital Campaigns & HubSpot Leadership

  • Serve as segment admin & strategic lead for HubSpot, overseeing marketing automation, workflows, lead capture, and campaign reporting.
  • Create targeted campaigns (email, social, SEO/SEM) crafted for contractors, OEMs, specifiers, and commercial customers.
  • Build nurturing workflows suited to project-based construction cycles, OEM purchasing patterns, and multi-location retail rollouts.
  • Provide HubSpot training and support to sales, marketing, and operations teams, driving adoption and best practices.

Customer Tools & Digital Experience

  • Participate in the development of interactive tools (e.g., ROI calculators, configuration tools) that support accurate purchasing and installation decisions across served industries.
  • Ensure digital resources – sales tools, CRM data, etc. -- are comprehensive, reliable and readily available for field teams and office-based users alike.
  • Generate actionable analytics insights to continuously improve UFP Construction’s digital experience and prioritize the most impactful marketing investments.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Governance

  • Work as an integral part of a cross-functional team collaborating with Marketing, IT, Sales, and Operations to deliver seamless digital experiences for construction, RV, cargo, and commercial environments.
  • Establish digital asset governance—ensuring brand consistency while customizing messaging for each vertical.
  • Oversee the segment’s adherence to corporate web standards policies – ensuring privacy standards, legal compliance, brand integrity and accessibility best practices are maintained across all web properties.
  • Stay informed on industry and digital trends (e.g., BIM in construction, spec-centric marketing in commercial rollouts) to maintain thought leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years in digital marketing, website and social media management, or customer experience roles—preferably in construction, building products, RV/cargo components, commercial retail environments, or other B2B sectors.
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot or similar.
  • Advanced experience with CRM (HubSpot or similar)—including campaign creation, workflow design, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience training teams on CRM/automation platforms.
  • Proven track record managing B2B social media and digital campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of multi-industry dynamics: construction’s project-driven cycles, RV/OEM purchasing, commercial rollouts, architectural millwork, and retail environment timelines.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics (GA4), and marketing performance metrics.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
