KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Servicing:
  • Serve as the primary or senior contact for clients
  • Create research-driven, creative communications programs that meet or exceed client objectives
  • Strategize and lead implementation of national programs
  • Develop and oversee account teams’ performance, ensuring quality work is done, efficient processes are in place, and client requests are handled in a timely fashion
  • Demonstrate practical and advanced understanding of visual communications, social media and the digital landscape and how to incorporate these channels into client programs
Business Development
  • To develop a cohesive strategy that can be used to identify relevant and compelling solutions for clients including the ability to develop new business opportunities
  • To represent the digital business' internally and externally
  • Work alongside Planners to develop interactive communication strategies as part of integrated experiential campaigns for clients
  • To identify new digital initiatives for existing clients and contribute to new business opportunities
  • As an advisor in customer experience innovation and digital strategy, you will lead the strategic consulting phase of an engagement by aligning online strategies with larger enterprise initiatives for key and global accounts
  • Advise clients on strategic business initiatives drawing on your online knowledge of Marketing, Strategy, Finance, Operations, Branding and Technology
  • Establish achievable revenue growth targets annually
  • Seek out, coordinate and facilitate cross-practice and cross-geographical teams to provide clients and prospects with the most compelling work
Financial Planning and Management
  • Understand core financial constructs including revenue, profitability, pricing structures, utilization, realization, budgeting and forecasting
  • Negotiate client and vendor contracts and manage client budgeting and authorization process prior to beginning work
  • Develop and manage accurate client project budgets using the firm’s financial system
  • Proactively plan and maintain team structures to ensure reasonable workloads, optimized profitability, accommodation to project and budget changes, and to avoid over servicing
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
  • 10-12 years of work experience
  • Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Advertising/Marketing/Communication
  • Passion for and knowledge of current and emerging technologies
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Excellent research and analytical thinking skills
  • Creative and able to think around problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
