We're looking for an experienced Director, IT Applications - Sourcing & Legal to join our IT Corporate Applications team. Reporting to the VP of IT Corporate Applications, you'll be responsible for:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to Sourcing & Legal teams, ensuring processes and systems are aligned for company growth toward $10B in revenue.
- Optimize the end-to-end Inquiry to Procure process and drive enterprise-grade systems for Legal operations.
- Represent the voice of internal users to deliver a world-class user experience.
- Lead large-scale business process changes to simplify user experience and increase throughput for Sourcing and Legal teams.
- Define data management and reporting solutions (purchasing, travel, expense, contracts, disbursements), develop personas, and refine the 2-year roadmap into actionable Epics and Features.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 7+ years of experience running and implementing Business Applications at a publicly traded company
- Operational experience with a large-scale Coupa implementation
- Implementation experience with Contract Lifecycle Management tools
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Certifications in Coupa, ServiceNow
- Implementation or Operational experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with: NetSuite, AppZen, Navan, Snowflake, Tableau

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
