We're looking for an experienced Director of Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures to join our M&A team. A remote role, reporting to the Head of M&A, Divestitures, and Private Equity, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to unlock, drive, and close complex sales and customer success initiatives.
  • Showcasing Zscaler's differentiation by demonstrating the unique capabilities of Zscaler's architecture, helping clients achieve seamless integrations and divestitures.
  • Inspiring client confidence through leading technical and strategic planning sessions, providing a steady hand to clients and partners throughout high-stakes transactions.
  • Driving revenue growth by leading the sales strategy and execution, with a laser focus on M&A and divestiture value propositions that meet our targets.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Experience in IT, cybersecurity, and M&A/D transactions, with a global view across EMEA and APAC.
  • Technology consulting experience with a background in cybersecurity, zero trust, networking, cloud computing, or AI/ML, ideally with Big 5 or MBB consulting experience.
  • Proven in leading sales pursuits, managing quotas, and driving revenue through a SaaS platform.
  • Experience building C-suite relationships, with experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • A commitment to ongoing learning, urgency, and empathy to support clients through the complexities of M&A.
  • Understanding of post-merger integration or separation programs, industry frameworks (e.g., NIST, SASE, MITRE, Zero Trust), and risk mitigation strategies.
