Marvell Custom Compute & Storage - CCS BU has been at the forefront of developing and delivering leading-edge, high-performance data processing silicon platforms. By delivering a stream of technical innovations through a diverse set of fast‐growing product lines, Marvell technology is powering the next‐generation data processing and workload acceleration platforms for the Carrier, Cloud/Enterprise and Automotive Compute market segments.The team focusses on the Custom ASIC business, Cloud AI solutions & Enterprise/Career solutions including the CXL product line.

What You Can Expect

  • Full program responsibility at all stages: definition, planning, development, validation and delivery to customers.
  • Manage programs from definitions stage, thru silicon design with special emphasis on Micro-architecture, RTL design, DV, DFT, PD & Emulation.
  • Collaborate with all teams cross-site including stakeholders from IP, external partners, Si validation, system and SW integration
  • Should be able to drive A0 to production level quality and track the projects to mass production status.
  • Work with a matrix organization across multiple cross-functional teams with 100’s of engineers and drive all to execution and success.
  • Special emphasis on planning, execution, tracking, identify the risks and mitigate them, and drive all for best-in-class product delivery.
  • Ensures problems are effectively escalated and crisis management activated, as needed.
  • Monitors and controls the overall project performance (timeline, budget, and resource utilization) against plan and looks to the project team to implement adjustments when issues are identified and require resolution.
  • Manage the programs from all aspects – product definition, ROI, Cost, Progress tracking using KPIs, risks identification and mitigation, resources allocation and sub-contractors handling.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company's objectives

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related engineering field; MSc/MA degree preferred 15+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills. Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good in both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with defining KPIs, risks identification, analysis and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in HW/VLSI complex activities management, driving chips from definitions to Mass Production.
  • Person should be able to understand all aspects of chip development cycle and be able to anchor management of programs to ensure quality & timely deliverables introducing industry best practices with conitnous improvement.
