Job Description
Drupal Team Lead required with strong PHP, SQL, and JavaScript skills, experience in managing a team of 15-20 members, and knowledge of Drupal 8 development.

Our Expectations From You
Responsibilities
- Manage and Coordinates with a team of developers
- Develop and implement custom modules in Drupal 8 based on requirements
- Assess community solutions and determine where custom solutions are required.
- Participate in daily meetings and regular planning and review sessions
- Interact with remote teams to ensure timely delivery of applications
- Supporting QA during testing, and oversight during implementation into production.
- Conducting design & code reviews
- Participate in code reviews
- Assist in release / deployment planning and execution activities
Requirements
- Strong Working Knowledge of PHP CMC Frameworks & Object-Oriented PHP Programming and Drupal
- Strong Knowledge of SQL / MySQL. Rdbms ,Familiar with the Apache Configuration.
- Understanding the Fully Synchronous Behavior of PHP & MVC Design Patterns
- Ability to Build Restful API, Using Oops, Data Structure, and Algorithms.
- Strong Knowledge of the Common PHP or Web Server Exploits and Their Solutions
- Creation of Plugins / widgets Written to Conform with the Drupal Coding Standards
- Hands-On Coding Expert in PHP, SQL, and JavaScript
- Must have Experience in Managing a Team of Min. 15-20 team members
- Should Be Smart to Grasp Requirements Quickly and Can Guide the Development in a Global Team Coordination.
- Understand Client Requirements and Drive Projects with High-Quality Output.
- Should Be a Team Player and Bring Positive Influence Within the Team
- Ensuring High-performance and Availability and Managing all Technical Aspects of the CMS
