What You’ll Do

Achieve sales objectives: Develop and execute a growth-focused sales strategy, building strong relationships with corporate clients, rental, and taxi companies for customer success.
Maximize business opportunities: Drive repeat business, pursue bulk deals, and leverage leasing company relationships to meet customer needs and drive growth.
Lead a high-performing sales team: Guide a motivated sales team, fostering ongoing performance development and lead by example.
Manage corporate sales plan and brand standards: Maintain product knowledge, utilize CRM systems and tools, promote innovation and learning while ensuring brand management standards.
Champion excellence and continuous improvement: Ensure Tesla brand standards, promote best practices, maintain product knowledge, and utilize Tesla's CRM system for accurate reports.

What You’ll Bring

Significant managerial experience in B2B or commercial sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and goals.
Exceptional time management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and adhere to critical deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Passionate dedication and an ethical approach to sales management and operations.
The ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a trusted partner.
Solid knowledge of appropriate financial options and incentives.
Fluency in both oral and written English and Swedish, and a valid driver's license.
