About The Role
To provide senior level EA and some secretarial support to the Managing Director (MD) and, as required, the wider Executive Board (EB), as well as providing an effective communication link between the Executive Board (EB), Trustees, Partner Representative Group (PRG), and the rest of the company.
To be the initial point of contact for all enquiries to the Managing Director and to coordinate and minute quarterly Executive Board and Trustee meetings, tracking actions and collating Director Board reports, coordinate online Town Hall meetings for all Partners/Staff and compiling presentation content.
You will provide diary management for the Managing Director, Co-Founder/Creative Director and as required, the wider Executive Board.

About You
Candidates must have substantial previous experience as a PA/Assistant or equivalent working at Senior Management/Director level. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential for this role as well as previous experience of effectively handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
You will need excellent attention to detail, diary management and written communication skills as well as a proactive approach to work. A high level of PC literacy is essential for this role including proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Teams, excellent word processing skills, a good working knowledge of databases using Excel and experience creating PowerPoint presentation with audio and visual content.
Applicants should be highly self-motivated, flexible in your approach to work, and demonstrate strong problem solving and initiative skills.
