The EP brings operational rigour to our production process. Optimising the whole production pipeline defining clear accountability for each member of our CP team, wider Mill teams, and external vendors to ensure we deliver on schedule and within budget.

The EP will also ensure and work with the creative development team to develop creative responses, concepts, and solutions, to a consistent level of creative excellence. What is the best and most innovative Mill solution? What combined Mill team or external vendor answers the client's brief better than our competitors and within the defined project budget?
