Job Description

Dream11 is seeking an onboarding expert to create an exceptional new joiner experience. You'll collaborate with various teams, identify improvement areas, and design engaging programs to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Minimum 2+ years of experience in TA/HR Ops is required.

Must have:

Your Role:

Assisting in the execution of a best in class onboarding experience for every new teammate joining D11
Collaborating with TA, HRBP, Admin, IT and business function teams to provide a smooth onboarding experience
Identifying areas of improvement and implementing these improvements in the current onboarding process
Designing and executing new programs and campaigns to enhance the new joiner experience

Qualifiers:

Min 2+ years of experience in TA/HR Ops
Strong communication skills
