Job Description

Tesla is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for their South Europe region, based in Portugal. Responsibilities include handling daily facility requests, managing vendor relations, resolving repairs and maintenance issues, managing the finance process (PO to invoice approval), collaborating on EMEA projects, supporting new store openings, and responding to emergencies. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in Facilities Management, strong organizational skills, project management expertise, fluency in Portuguese and English, and a good working knowledge of Spanish. The role requires regular travel.

Due to continued growth within our Facilities team, we're currently recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator based out of Portugal.

As a Facility Operations Coordinator for the South region, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our Tesla Centers in South Europe run smoothly and provide an exceptional experience to employees and customers

What You’ll Do

Handle daily facility requests and distribute to vendors within your region
Promptly resolve repairs, maintenance, and upgrades for Tesla locations
Communicate with stakeholders on facility initiatives and projects
Manage vendor relations, ensuring timely and effective solutions to issues that may arise
Manage complete finance process from PO creation to invoice approval
Collaborate with the programs team to implement EMEA level projects and ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders
Foster positive relationships with front-line teams through regular site visits, providing support and feedback
Support new store openings and post-handover execution, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing success
Respond to emergencies, providing prompt and effective solutions

What You’ll Bring

Several years of experience in Facilities Management or a related field, with a proven track record of success(Preferable)
Exceptional organizational skills, project management, and attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Fluent in Portuguese, English and with good working knowledge of Spanish are essential skills for the role
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new systems and technologies
Willingness to travel on regular basis.
