This role involves designing and delivering sales training programs for the AMER region. Must have:
  • 6-10 years of enterprise SaaS sales enablement experience

  • Experience in related fields like L&D, RevOps, or Sales
  • Experienced facilitator for onboarding boot camps
  • Track record of creating engaging content
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and strategies
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies
  • Self-motivated problem solver
  • Creative thinker for content creation
  • Coaching mindset with high empathy

Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).

About The Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Trainer to play a key role in enhancing our sales productivity in our AMER region. This role will design, deliver, and continuously improve sales training programs for our field sales teams. You will work closely with sales leadership, field enablement, and product marketing to ensure our field salesforce is equipped with the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to achieve revenue targets and drive customer success.

What You'll Achieve

  • Facilitate Notion's Sales Boot Camp for all new hires in the AMER Sales & Success organization, and manage ongoing enablement initiatives including product knowledge, sales methodology, and tool adoption
  • Design, implement, and maintain the AMER Sales & Success Field training calendar
  • Collaborate with AMER Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to surface insights and patterns observed
  • Lead high-quality certification programs to ensure AMER Sales & Success teams can deliver relevant messaging, develop outbound strategies, and conduct customer-centric meetings
  • Measure, monitor, and communicate enablement effectiveness using key business metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Analyze internal data and tools to identify skill gaps, and partner with AMER Sales Leadership to recommend targeted Field Enablement initiatives
  • Build engaging, thoughtful, and creative multimodal educational content like that empowers each participant to succeed in their segment and reach their full potential with Notion
  • Reinforce Notion’s culture and business value across all Field enablement programs

Skills You'll Need To Bring

  • 6–10 years of enterprise SaaS sales enablement experience
    • Including:
      • 4+ years facilitating training programs
      • 2+ years building or scaling field enablement programs
      • 2+ years in a related field like L&D, RevOps, or Sales
  • Experienced facilitator who has owned, designed, and refined onboarding boot camps across diverse roles while maintaining relevance and engagement for all participants
  • Demonstrated track record of creating engaging content efficiently using AI tools, short-form videos, podcasts, and activity-based training materials, with measurable results
  • Strong executive presence, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
  • Clear understanding of B2B sales cycles, strategies, and buyers—ideally product-led growth, sales-led growth journeys, and enterprise sales
  • Proficiency and ability to coach proven sales methodologies, including MEDDPICC, core sales competencies, and Command of the Message with practicality
  • Self-motivated problem solver who excels in ambiguous situations and takes complete ownership of projects
  • Creative thinker able to build engaging, outcome-focused content that drives behavioral change
  • Coaching mindset with high empathy for new hires and current sellers, driving effective change by challenging perspectives and focusing the team on value-based conversations
  • Proactive by nature, takes decisive action when identifying skill gaps or risks that could impact the success of Field enablement initiatives
  • Culture carrier, with a strong ability and desire to roll up their sleeves and make an impact in a high-growth environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel 10-20% of the time to AMER offices

Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $180,000 - 210,000.
