Job Summary

As a Field Service Technician, you'll ensure Tesla's renewable energy storage products and Superchargers operate optimally. Daily responsibilities include traveling to various sites in Poland (and potentially abroad) to perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, repairs, and commissioning activities. You'll troubleshoot issues, conduct root-cause analysis (remotely and on-site), manage stakeholders, collaborate with teams, and plan your technical activities. This role requires expertise in electrical engineering, experience with low- and medium-voltage systems (high-voltage experience is a plus), strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and proactively. Fluency in Polish and English is essential, along with an EU passport or work permit.

What to Expect
As a Field Service Technician in our Energy and Charging Field Service team, you will play a vital role in making sure both our Renewable Energy Storage products and our Superchargers are operating at their best. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be travelling to sites and perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and repairs along with commissioning activities across various locations within Poland. What You’ll Do
  • Perform all on-site technical activities: related to the installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance of our Energy storage and Supercharging network in Katowice region, wider Poland and abroad when needed
  • Troubleshoot: and perform root-cause analysis, both remotely and on-site
  • Stakeholder managment: act as the first point of contact to contractors
  • Team work: recurring issues and provide feedback to the engineering teams
  • Organizational tasks: prepare, organize, and plan your own technical activities
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience as a technician in the electrical engineering field
  • Experience with Low- and Medium Voltage electrical systems, High Voltage is a plus
  • A passion for renewable energy
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently, motivated and a proactive attitude
  • Flexible towards travelling
  • Fluency in Polish and a good command of English
  • An EU passport or work permit is needed for this position
