Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing equipment as directed by the service engineering team, extensive travel to multiple locations, performing complex electro-mechanical repairs, using various hand and power tools, maintaining detailed communication with the Tesla Energy service organization, and working on Powerwall and Supercharger sites. The role requires a Certified Electrician license (Level 4), 3+ years of electrical experience in commercial, industrial, or utility sectors (solar/wind preferred), and proficiency with various tools and software. The position demands a strong work ethic, flexibility, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
