What to Expect:

Starting July 7th 2025, over 2-3 years, you’ll complete rotations across six key areas of our finance department:

International & Domestic Accounting – Gain hands-on experience managing financial operations of our business.
Treasury – Navigate global cash flow, liquidity management, and currency transactions.
Tax – Work alongside our tax specialists to understand international tax regulations and compliance.
FP&A – Develop forecasting models and provide strategic insights to drive business decisions.
Asset– Get exposure to investment management and M&A project of the business

By the end of the program, you'll have a well-rounded foundation in international finance and the skills to take your career to the next level.

The Process:
Application – Submit your application online. No lengthy cover letters needed—just your resume and a few key details.

Call with Recruitment – A casual chat with our recruitment team to get to know you better, discuss the role, and answer any questions you have.

First Interview (30 mins)– Getting to Know You – The first interview is all about learning more about you, your academic background, and any extracurricular activities or projects that highlight your skills and potential.

Second Interview (1 hour) – Behavioural & Problem-Solving Focus – A deeper dive into your analytical thinking, adaptability, and how you approach challenges in a dynamic environment.

Offer – If all goes well, we’ll extend an offer and welcome you to the Easygo team!

Eligibility

To be eligible to apply, you must:

• Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business or Commerce in the past three years (2023, 2024 or 2025)
• Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, a Permanent Resident of Australia or a visa-holder (subject to some conditions).
