QUByte Interactive, a leading Latin American indie game publisher, is seeking an experienced Financial Assistant. The role involves managing cash flow, processing invoices, tracking financial results against projections, updating sales reports, and controlling payroll. The ideal candidate will have a degree in finance or related fields, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical and communication abilities.
Must have:
- Launch into Cash Flow
- Enter invoices into the system
- Monitor Actual vs. Projected results
- Update weekly sales tracking reports
- Update sales closing reports
- Control and launch Payroll
- Knowledge of performance and results metrics
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Finance
- Proficiency in Office Suite, with advanced Excel
- Operational profile
- Logical reasoning
- Good interpersonal relationships
- Good verbal and written communication
Good to have:
- Advanced knowledge in VBA and Access
- Post-graduation

We are looking for an experienced professional to work as a Financial Assistant.
Main activities:
- Launch into Cash Flow;
- Enter invoices into the system;
- Monitor Actual vs. Projected results;
- Update weekly sales tracking reports;
- Update sales closing reports;
- Control and launch Payroll
Certification Knowledge
Requirements:
- Knowledge of performance and results metrics;
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Finance;
