Our challenge We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Core Banking Platform - FlexCube Techno Functional Manager - to lead our team in managing and optimizing FlexCube core banking system. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with a deep understanding of banking operations. They will be responsible for the successful implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of FlexCube solutions to meet business objectives. Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Iselin, NJ is $130k - $150k/year & benefits (see below). The Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage FlexCube implementation and upgrade projects.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on FlexCube configurations and customizations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Ensure the FlexCube platform aligns with business processes and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the maintenance and support of the FlexCube system.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in FlexCube.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and financial products.
• Proven project management experience, preferably with PMP or similar certification.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred, but not required:

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management in banking.
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
