Summary

Redhorse Corporation seeks a mid-level Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency. Responsibilities include preparing FMS briefings and documentation, providing technical advice, supporting FMS planning and policy, tracking manpower and expenses, developing forecasting documentation, and supporting interagency FMS efforts. The analyst will also contribute to multilateral armaments cooperation, prepare briefings for international forums, and participate in FMS meetings and conferences. A strong understanding of Aegis Combat System or Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense System is preferred.

Position Description
Redhorse Corporation's Cyber Analytics team has an immediate opening for a Foreign Military Sales Analyst in support of the Missile Defense Agency’s Director for International Affairs and Policy, Redhorse is seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst to prepare FMS related briefings and documentation, provide technical advice, and support FMS planning and policy activities. 

Responsibilities:

    • Support the tracking of manpower utilization, charge codes, and travel expenses. 
    • Prepare FMS forecasting documentation. 
    • Support the development of FMS forecasting documentation, MDA policy memos, and DSCA policy memos. International strategic planning and engagements (MOU, MOA, PA, IEA, etc.) 
    • Support interagency FMS, including MDA, Navy, Army, Air Force, and DSCA. 
    • Support multilateral armaments cooperation efforts such as agreements, export licensing, technology transfer, cooperative research, co-production, and technology assessments, and provide disclosure review as needed. 
    • Prepare briefings and supporting documents, schedules, work plans, analysis, assessments, clearances, minutes and actions items.
    • The FMS analyst will also assist in the conduct of and participate in FMS meetings and attend authorized related FMS conferences. Research, analysis, and presentation of briefings to international forums may also be required. 

Minimum Basic Requirements for Skills, Experience, Education, and Credentials include:

    • Education: BA/BS degree is required.
    • Qualified candidates must have a minimum 5+ years of related experience.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
    • Have excellent analytical skills to effectively review information.
    • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
    • Effective oral and written communication and conflict resolution skills 
    • Understand a process and be able to anticipate, plan, and communicate next steps to be completed.
    • Have some Aegis Combat System or Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense System background.
    • Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance is required.
