Barracuda Networks seeks a driven FP&A Intern to support financial decisions and key initiatives. We are seeking a driven, eager to learn Corporate FP&AIntern to join our FinanceTeam. As a Corporate FP&A Intern, you will help us partner with executive leadership and business units at Barracuda to optimize financial decisions and support on key initiatives including, P&L management, cost & ROI analysis, financial modeling, headcount planning, forecasting, data analytics and reporting. We want someone who is a self-starter, passionate about technology, and excited to learn something new.
What you'll be working on
Exposure to the monthly close process, including collaborating with Accounting to review journal entries and accruals.
Opportunity to perform in-depth variance analysis and prepare BU monthly reporting.
Exposure to key financial processes including partnering with stakeholders to produce monthly forecasts and provide analytical support.
Opportunity to perform ad hoc analysis to support data driven decision making for key stakeholders.
Gain deep understanding of business strategies, issues, risks, and opportunities.
What you bring to the role
Currently enrolled in the senior year of a Bachelor’s program in Finance, Business, or other analytical/quantitative fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to build successful working relationships with peers and partners
Ability to interpret and synthesize data
Detail oriented, with strong organization and task management skills
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
Experience with Adaptive Insights or other SaaS based FP&A systems preferred

The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is $22.00 - $33.00 per hour in Campbell, CA. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's education level, job type, and applicable employment laws.
