Ilyon is seeking a passionate Game Designer to lead mobile game projects from concept to launch. The role involves crafting innovative mechanics, balancing systems, and shaping unforgettable player experiences. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, iterating based on data, and staying updated on industry trends. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in casual/mobile game leadership and a track record of commercially launched games.
Must have:
- Own the game design process from idea to release.
- Create and balance engaging mechanics, systems, and game loops.
- Collaborate with artists, developers, and product teams to bring concepts to life.
- Iterate based on playtesting, feedback, and player data.
- Keep designs fresh by staying ahead of industry trends.
- Proven experience leading multiple game projects, ideally in casual/mobile.
- At least one commercially launched game with measurable success.
- Strong ability to invent new mechanics and think across genres.
- Experience from concept through QA, production, and post-launch updates.
