Job Description

This role is for a Game Operation specialist focusing on data analysis for PUBG Mobile in the Latin American region. Responsibilities include establishing daily monitoring mechanisms for key metrics, collecting and analyzing game data, identifying trends and issues, and using data to optimize operational strategies (activity planning, user retention, and conversion). The ideal candidate will contribute to core game operation modules, leveraging data to drive decision-making within the Latin American market. The position requires strong data analysis skills and proficiency in relevant tools like Excel, SQL, Python/R, Tableau, or PowerBI, along with excellent communication skills in English. Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus.

Must have:

3+ years game operation & data analysis experience
Data analysis & visualization skills (Excel, SQL, Python/R)
Excellent communication skills (English)
Deep understanding of FPS games and game operations
Monitor daily game data, generate reports and conclusions

Good to have:

Spanish/Portuguese language skills

Responsibilities:

工作职责
1、建立关键指标的日常监控机制，监控日常游戏数据，定期输出相关结论和报告；
2、负责项目各类型数据收集及整理，进行深入分析，发现问题，识别趋势；
3、从数据角度帮助制定和优化运营策略，包括活动策划、用户留存、付费转化等；
4、以数据为驱动，参与拉美区域其他核心游戏运营核心模块。

Requirements:

任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏运营及数据分析工作经验；
2、热爱游戏及游戏行业，对FPS品类有较深的认知与体验；
3、熟悉游戏运营发行过程和各业务模块，具备良好的沟通能力；
4、熟练使用数据相关分析和可视化工具（如Excel、SQL、Python/R、Tableau、Power BI等）；
5、英语能作为工作语言；具备西语/葡语能力优先。
