Job Summary:

Exient is seeking a proactive and highly organised Game Producer to join our growing team in Malta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of game development projects - from initial planning and production through to release and live operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, engineering, and art, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee the delivery of multiple internal and external projects through development, release, and live operations
• Collaborate with teams to create realistic and achievable project plans
• Identify and proactively solve risks, blockers and dependencies ahead of time
• Maintain clear and accurate project reporting for leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and client expectations
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across the business and with external partners
• Represent the Production team positively within the studio and with clients
• Be flexible to contribute where needed as priorities evolve

Education and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in game development production or project management within the agile framework
• Hands-on experience with resource planning, sprint organisation, JIRA and risk mitigation is essential
• Scrum Master certification is a plus

Technical Skills:

• An understanding of the game development pipeline from concept to live.
• The ability to communicate with all game-related disciplines is essential.
• Proficiency in JIRA, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Apple App Store, and Google Play Store release pipelines.
• The ability to work in an iterative and agile production process.
• Interest in video games and the game development process.

• Ability to navigate conflicts constructively and maintain team morale under pressure.
