Role Description

Location - Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Hyderabad - Hybrid

Technical Requirement

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Performance Testing Engineer with hands-on expertise in Gatling tool. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests for core banking applications. A deep understanding of banking operations is essential to provide detailed insights based on performance reports and ensure optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct performance testing using Gatling tool on core banking applications.

Develop and configure new performance testing scenarios to meet testing objectives.

Script creation and execution using Gatling tool for performance testing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements.

Perform detailed analysis of performance testing reports and provide actionable insights.

Identify performance bottlenecks and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.

Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of banking applications.

Document and report performance testing results to stakeholders.

Stay updated on performance testing tools and industry best practices.

Key Skills And Requirements

5+ years of experience in performance testing with at least 2 years of experience in using Gatling.

Hands-on experience in developing scripts and configuring test scenarios using Gatling. -write automation test cases for Finacle API using a java based framework already developed. Carry out performance testing using Gatling and java based framework.

Solid understanding of core banking applications and banking operations.

Proficiency in performance testing concepts such as load testing, stress testing, endurance testing, and capacity planning.

Experience in analyzing performance test reports and making recommendations for improvements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with other performance testing tools and methodologies is a plus.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
