Tesla Motors is seeking a General Manager, Sales and Delivery for Thailand to lead retail sales operations, service, and business development. Responsibilities include building and growing Tesla's direct distribution, implementing multi-channel partnerships, maximizing retail store productivity and profitability, and developing the company's corporate image. The role involves leading business strategies, developing retail initiatives, building a strong organization and reputation, creating a demand generation strategy, ensuring outstanding customer experience, setting team targets, hiring and mentoring leaders, establishing partnerships, and driving operational excellence. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience leading a nationwide organization with a customer and people focus, a passion for Tesla's mission, and strong operational and leadership skills.

What to Expect
Tesla Motors is seeking a General Manager, Sales and Delivery, Thailand to lead Retail Sales operations through Service and drive all aspect of business development across Thailand. You will be responsible for building and growing the Tesla direct distribution footprint, implement multi-channel partnership strategies while maximizing the productivity and profitability of the retail stores across the country. You will play a key role in developing the corporate image of one of the most innovation organization of our times; as well as play an important role in accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy.
What You’ll DoWhile ensuring the attainment of both short and long term sales objectives,
What You’ll Bringyou will be responsible for:
- Lead and drive Thailandbusiness strategies and plan across different functions
- Business planning and multi-channel retail development initiatives: Growing our retail distribution presence across Thailand, and identifying and negotiating all future store locations
- Build a strong organization, culture and Tesla reputation in the market
- Building a robust demand generation and market segmentation strategy to achieve KPI and sales objectives
- Lead and deliver outstanding customer experience
- Establish, monitor and drive team targets and performance
- Hiring, mentoring and growing leaders across the country to build talent pool for the expansion in Thailand
- Establish and build strong partnership with both external business partners as well as internal key stakeholders across all functions and regions
- Lead by example and inspire the team to develop themselves and achieve great results
- Drive operational excellence
- lead the planning, implementation and follow up of store operational initiatives including but not limited to outbound events and sales networking activities
- Recognize and celebrate the wins and team success
- Demonstrated experience leading a country wide organization, with a customer and people leadership focus

- Experience in the automotive sector a plus but not necessarily required
