About the Team
As a Global Content Strategy Lead, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content strategies that resonate with our values, mission, and vision on a global scale. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across diverse regions to ensure alignment and drive impactful content initiatives. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment. To enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Specifically, you will:
- Develop and implement global content strategies to effectively communicate and reinforce organizational values, mission, and vision worldwide.
- Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content tailored to various audiences and cultural contexts, leveraging multiple communication channels to maximize impact.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different regions to ensure alignment of content initiatives with organizational objectives and priorities.
- Serve as a thought leader and advocate for best practices in content strategy, staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of content strategies, continually refining approaches based on data-driven insights and feedback.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or related fields, with a demonstrated track record of success in global content development and execution.
- An online portfolio of relevant projects and individual contributions is required upon application.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of global markets, cultural nuances, and audience segmentation, with a passion for fostering cross-cultural understanding and collaboration.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams across geographies and functions.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working in a global or multinational organization and function, with exposure to diverse cultural contexts and business environments.
- Track record in professional video, documentary, or filmmaking experience in a B2C industry, preferably the Internet or technology sector, across a combination of agency, studio, and/or in-house with proficiency in Abode Premier and Final Cut Pro.
- Passionate about human resources, internal communications, or organizational culture, able to understand corporate management philosophies and deliver related messages through quality deliverables.
- Proven ability to autonomously manage multiple projects concurrently, with strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (i.e. Tableau, Exel, Power BI) to extract insights and drive strategic decision-making.

Job Information:

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118560 - $266760 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
