What the Role Entails
業務内容
1. 日本市場の特性や動向、日本のユーザーニーズに基づいたゲームローンチ戦略の策定
2. 日本におけるパブリッシングリソースの拡大と維持を担当（ベンダー、リソース提供者などを含むが、これに限らない）、製品のリリースとデベロップメントを推進する
3. 日本のコミュニティやコンテンツ、KOL運営の手法を把握し、新しいゲームの海外コミュニティ構築、ユーザー運営、公式アカウント運営、高品質ユーザー獲得、世論情報モニタリングなどを担当
4. 日本を含めて海外コミュニティのパブリッシング経験（全体のプロセス、パブリッシングリソースなど）を整理し、蓄積
Who We Look For
応募条件
1. 3年以上のコミュニティ（DiscordやTwitterなど）運営経験があり、ゲームのパブリッシングプラットフォームに精通し、ゲームコミュニティの構築やユーザーとのコミュニケーションについて深い理解がある
2. ゲームが好きで、PCおよびモバイルゲーム経験が豊富；新しいゲームに対する感覚が鋭く、迅速にユーザーの好みを把握し、コミュニティ運営プランを策定する能力がある
3. 優れたコミュニケーション能力を持ち、チーム間のコミュニケーションと協力を円滑に行うことができる
4. 日本語および英語を用いたコミュニケーション能力に優れている
