We’re looking to hire a Direct Mail Graphic Designer for a reputable finance/insurance type company. This is a 6 month contract, which needs to be hybrid in the Lincoln, Rhode Island area.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to design compliant, engaging direct mail pieces that resonate with prospects and align with brand guidelines.
- Understanding the various design elements typically used on a Direct Mail letter (print and digital)
- Experience crafting data-driven, customer-centric designs that drive response rates.
- Understanding of testing and how to use design variations to improve campaign performance.
- Ability to translate complex insurance offerings into clear, compelling visual communications.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in direct mail design, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Portfolio showcasing successful direct mail campaigns in the insurance or financial space.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience with marketing automation & CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) for direct mail integration.
- Knowledge of direct response metrics and how design choices affect conversion rates (e.g., CTA placement, QR codes, personalized URLs).
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
