This role involves consulting with advertising companies to find optimal advertising solutions using Google's products. The Growth Manager will build and manage client relationships, understand their business needs, and plan strategies to achieve growth goals. Responsibilities include presenting Google advertising products, ensuring project completion, and providing outstanding client service. The position focuses on helping mobile app developers grow their businesses, setting strategies, working with new and existing customers, and providing solutions to drive app discovery and engagement. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and solution selling skills, along with experience in mobile advertising, app marketing, and the digital industry.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in mobile/app advertising or related field
  • Fluent in English and Russian
  • Client relationship management
  • Achieve business growth goals
  • Present Google advertising solutions
Good to have:
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience in gaming or mobile apps industry
  • Knowledge of app marketing and ecosystem
  • Excellent solution selling skills

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a mobile, apps and digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Russian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and relationships with customers or agencies in the apps market and apps ecosystem.
  • Experience in the gaming, mobile apps, or digital industry.
  • Knowledge of the app marketing and ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of app developer ecosystem.
  • Ability to understand the goals, identify the opportunities, and provide customized solutions to help clients achieve success.
  • Excellent solution selling skills.

Consulting with a wide variety of existing advertising companies of all sizes, you are committed to finding the optimal advertising solution for each client. Your interest in sales and the digital economy and your entrepreneurial drive enables brands to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions. Your understanding of online media combined with your commercial know-how shape how new and existing businesses grow. Using your effective communication skills, you are the face of Google to a portfolio of clients whose needs you listen to, and help define the strategy for how their products and services can reach thousands or millions of users.

In this role, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile application developers grow their business using Google products and services. You will take ownership of the application install business in the assigned market from setting strategy and execution to reach the market growth goals. You will work with both new and existing customers to help grow their business by providing solutions and insights to drive applications discovery and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with clients and develop an understanding of their business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Work and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time.
  • Plan and achieve business growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives. 
  • Build knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives. 
  • Provide outstanding service to clients and design application marketing solutions for clients to drive long-term success.
