About AidKit

AidKit’s cutting-edge technology transforms complex cash assistance programs into streamlined, secure, and dignified experiences. By seamlessly connecting applicants to vital resources, we're making aid radically accessible for diverse populations—including unhoused and unbanked. From simplifying complex benefits modernization projects for state agencies to standing up efficient disaster relief programs, AidKit helps it’s partners deliver aid with dignity.

We were our own first customer—AidKit started as a nonprofit initiative born from the need to support systematically excluded workers during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, AidKit provides the technology backbone for some of the nation's most innovative public safety net programs, having distributed hundreds of millions of dollars to people in need.

As we continue to grow rapidly, the opportunity for impact is immense. Apply to join our team if you're seeking meaningful work in an environment that trusts your judgment and values your unique contributions.

About the Role

What if your growth marketing skills could help communities gain access to critical aid and benefits, rather than just drive corporate profits? At AidKit, growth means more than revenue - it’s about creating opportunities for people who need them most. If you’re seeking a role where your work directly impacts lives and helps rebuild trust in essential systems, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking to bring on a Growth Marketer who is excited to build foundational systems, test fast, and drive pipeline in partnership with Sales. Some early growth infrastructure is already in place, but there’s plenty of room to shape, grow, and make it your own.

You’ll start with clear goals, open questions, and the opportunity to define strategies that work for our unique industry, audiences, and sales motion. Your experience in demand generation, field marketing, or full-funnel growth will guide you, but this role gives you room to adapt, experiment, and build.

Given the scope and pace of our work, using AI tools to accelerate execution and insights is essential, not optional. Whether it's campaigns, analytics, or testing new ideas, we expect AI to be a natural part of your workflow.

What You’ll Do

Event, Webinar, and Conference Marketing: Lead our events and webinars program end to end—from research and planning to execution, lead capture, team prep, follow-up, and tracking / reporting. These programs are a key driver of visibility and pipeline.

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and execute campaigns across email, LinkedIn (organic and paid), and events to engage priority accounts and generate results.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Collaborate with Sales to develop targeted plays and outreach strategies for high-value accounts.

Email Infrastructure & Strategy: Build segmented nurture flows, manage deliverability and domain reputation, and improve engagement across the funnel.

Funnel Ops & Analytics: Own marketing performance dashboards. Track and improve conversion across channels. Partner with Sales on lead routing and attribution.

Paid Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement our paid marketing approach from the ground up (this includes setting program goals and identifying benchmarks).

About You

We’re looking for someone with the right skills, mindset, and passion for our mission. If you’re excited about this opportunity but don’t meet every single bullet below, we still want to hear from you.

Core Skills and Experiences:

  • 4–8 years of experience in growth marketing, demand gen, or full-funnel marketing for B2B or B2G organizations
  • Track record managing conferences, field events, and webinars with measurable ROI
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar platforms for list segmentation, enrichment, automation, and performance tracking; familiarity with lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle tracking
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience building dashboards, assessing funnel performance, and measuring campaign effectiveness (even with limited data). Able to monitor and interpret KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives drive pipeline growth.
  • Experience supporting ABM motions and collaborating closely with Sales
  • Experience running paid campaigns and evaluating performance across channels
  • Experience managing marketing freelancers or contractors
  • Prior work with government and/or nonprofit buyers is a strong plus

Mindset and Mission Alignment:

  • You’re a creative problem-solver who can work within constraints to deliver strong results.
  • You have a growth mindset and a track record of learning quickly.
  • You’re excited to contribute to a mission that advances equity and dignity

Why Join AidKit

AidKit is on a mission to make direct aid accessible and dignified for everyone. You’ll use your growth skills and experience to help shape how we reach government and nonprofit buyers and open doors for programs that matter. You’ll collaborate with a team that values autonomy, clarity, and partnership.

Compensation and Location

This is a full-time, remote position based in the U.S. The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000, depending on experience.

Benefits Include:

  • Equity grant
  • Transparent salary bands and a 3:1 pay ratio cap
  • Unlimited PTO and flexible scheduling
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family
  • 401k with employer match
  • 16 weeks paid parental leave
  • Annual professional development stipend
  • Home office setup support

How to Apply

Please submit your resume and a brief note or cover letter explaining why this role resonates with you. We’d also love to see 1–2 samples of your work linked in your cover letter (this could be a campaign brief, landing page, reporting dashboard, or similar).

Interview Process:

  • Application and Work Sample Review
  • 45-Minute Interview: Meet with the hiring manager
  • 45-Minute Co-Working Session: Collaborate in real time to develop an initial campaign plan. This is a chance to co-create with our team and get a feel for what working together would be like!
  • Asynchronous Activity: Paid take-home exercise focused on a campaign deep-dive and your strategic recommendations for AidKit
  • 1-Hour Panel Interview: Present your exercise and participate in Q&A with cross-functional team
  • References Check:: We’ll ask for three references, including at least one past manager, who can speak to your work and how we can set you up for success at AidKit

Note on AI: We’re real people reading your application. AI tools are helpful, but applications without thoughtful human input won’t move forward. We’re excited to learn how you think, what you care about, and how you might help unlock partnerships that deliver real support to the communities that need it most.
