About the Role

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and engagement strategies for both our C2C (Consumer to Consumer) and B2B (Business to Business) segments. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, improving customer engagement, and ultimately driving sustainable growth for the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background and hands-on experience in growth marketing preferably within the fintech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives to acquire Individuals and businesses in multiple geographies with the ability to ramp up volumes at a low cost per acquisition.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, referral programs and content marketing to attract and retain customers.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to analyse market trends, customer behaviours, and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Increase organic acquisitions through a focused SEO strategy, maximizing keyword research, on-page, off-page optimization, and lower bounce rates.
  • Drive efficiency on all paid acquisition channels by tracking both cost per acquisition and downstream behaviour such as revenue, margin, to ensure that the lifetime value of customers acquired offers a significant return on the Acquisition Dollar invested.
  • Implement and manage A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and other growth hacking techniques to improve marketing performance.
  • Create and manage customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized marketing messages and improve customer lifecycle management.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence and affiliate marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Develop all the marketing collaterals in-house or with the assistance of freelance platforms


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA from a premier institution like IIMs or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within the fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving customer acquisition and engagement campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic and similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and other growth hacking methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of fintech trends, regulations, and market dynamics is highly desirable.
