We are looking for a Growth Marketing Analyst for a top entertainment company in NYC. This role will provide support for day-to-day marketing campaign planning tasks as part of the growth marketing strategy team. You’ll be part of a small team responsible for planning upcoming marketing campaigns. You’ll work partly as a marketing strategist - helping us to put together effective campaigns and creative messaging, partly as a project manager - keeping everything on track, tickets submitted and documents updated, and partly as an analyst - looking through data to help make our future campaigns better. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, collaborative, creative, analytical and organized. This position is hybrid and based out of the New York office.Responsibilities:
- Developing comprehensive campaign briefs and specs, partnering with the design team to ensure campaign assets effectively align with growth objectives
- Maintaining an up-to-date Campaign Calendar proactively making sure details are up to date and sourcing relevant information from partner teams (Design, Media Planning, Product Marketing, etc.)
- Delivering final creative assets to the channel teams with all relevant context and instructions on trafficking campaign setup based on campaign plans
- Creating and maintaining creative taxonomy based on team’s best practices and needs for future reporting
- Compiling media plans for key campaigns; setting up the decks, coordinating with channel teams to ensure all relevant information is updated, sourcing information from cross-functional partners when needed
- Utilizing analytics tools and platforms to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Creating and managing standard performance reports (e.g. weekly and monthly campaign performance) to communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders
- Assisting with ad hoc performance reports on key campaigns (pulling data, Qaing and formatting, updating slides and visualization)
- Keeping track of priority takeaways from meetings with partner team
- 4-5 years of work experience in marketing strategy, project management, creative operations, marketing analytics or similar roles.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects that delivered growth and demonstrated success in getting things done in complex environments.
- Proficiency with data analysis in Excel/Google Sheets – pivot tables, charts, formulas, conditional formatting, etc.
- Proficiency with creating presentations on Powerpoint/Google Slides – putting together decks that use data and data visualizations to tell a story or make a recommendation Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate with colleagues across different departments and levels of the organization
- Flexibility & ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Sense of humor and desire to have fun
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360, Snapchat Ads Manager etc.
