Job Description
As Head of Data at BeReal, you will leverage your expertise in algorithms, data science, and data engineering to drive strategic and operational decision-making. You will analyze large datasets, empower product teams with data-driven insights from Amplitude dashboards, and translate A/B test results into actionable product roadmap recommendations. Responsibilities include building and scaling a robust data infrastructure (GCP, BigQuery, Spanner, Airflow, DBT, Amplitude, Hex, Tableau), leading and mentoring a team of data professionals, and transforming raw data into clear, actionable business insights to support BeReal's growth into a global social network. The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills.

We are looking for a talented Head of Data, deeply passionate about algorithms, data science, data-engineering and data-driven decisions, transforming raw data into clear actionable business insights, who will play a key role in the development of BeReal.
Role
- Tackle strategic and operational challenges by analyzing large and complex datasets
- Enable product teams to independently navigate Amplitude dashboards and make informed decisions
- Provide actionable recommendations from A/B tests to shape the product roadmap
- Build and scale a robust data infrastructure that addresses both business intelligence and data science needs
- Lead and mentor a team of Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists
