We are pleased to announce full time vacancy for the position of Paid internship in HR Administration.
Job Description
- Participating in various parts of HR administration: Entering employment data into the company database and HR soft, assisting in preparing employment contracts, scanning and electronically storing hard copies of personal documents in the Company system.
- Organizing personal files.
- Developing, designing, and executing projects with the HR Administration Team.
- Performing other daily tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) Level of English
- Good computer skills, knowledge of MS Office
- Diligence and organizational skills
- High sense of responsibility
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-orientation and attentiveness
- Adaptability, flexibility
